For many years involved in the construction of the Polish space sector, a specialist in the field of space policy and the functioning of the space market. He is also the Director for Space at GMV Innovating Solutions in Poland. He is a member of the Scientific Council of the Industrial Research Institute for Automation and Measurements.

In the years 2009-2013, he was the Head of the Key Projects Bureau at the Industrial Research Institute for Automation and Measurements PIAP. Initiator and project coordinator in the area of ​​security and crisis management using innovative technologies.
