Doctor of economics, assistant professor at the Department of Transport, Warsaw School of Economics and Department of Management and Telematics Systems at the Research Institute of Roads and Bridges in Warsaw.
Deals with issues of sustainable mobility, transport economics, aspects of implementation and creation of transport policy, electrification of the transport sector, as well as the concept of smart cities. His doctoral dissertation on the role of smart cities in reducing emissions from the transport sector was awarded in the “European Friedrich List Award 2018” and “Diplomas for Warsaw 2017”. In 2012-2013, he was on a scholarship at the Lisbon School of Economics and Management (ISEG) and Laboratório Nacional de Engenharia Civil (LNEC) in Lisbon, where he gained knowledge and experience in theoretical and methodological aspects of transport policy and transport economics.
